33:00 - ran 800 1st round, ran 400 and rowed 400 2nd. 15lb ohs - pull ups instead of wall balls - 150 singles - 25lb sumos - was a hard one especially on my knee!
31:00 or 31:30. Not sure. Started with rows. All 800m row. 45 lb sumos ouch. Not sure how much OHS. Did at least 20 DUs!! Yay. Substituted singles. Nice pull ups LA!!
32:39 started with BJ and went backwards. 33lb OHS, 45 lb sumo

ReplyDeleteBeth 33:05 - Rowed 800 instead of run, 25 chin-ups (15lbs.), 50 step-ups (instead of box jumps), 150 single jump rope, 25 squats bar above head (no weight yet), 25 wall balls (6lbs)
