  2. That was fun. 70 cal row, 105 lunges, 28 burpees, 56 snatch with 20 lb, 73 sit-ups, 12 pull-ups no band!! Nice. My butt and arms are killing me. Good and fast.

    1. PR day. 79 row. 119 lunges. 57 snatch. 33 burpees. Thought I was done after 2 mins and rested for 20 seconds!! 94 sit-ups 15 pull-ups no band!!

    3. 80 cal row PR!!, 101 lunge, 28 burpees(I only did 3 minutes of burpees, by accident), 62 snatches PR! w/20 lb, 90 sit-ups, 16 pull-ups.
      Did I mention that I ran 5 miles before the WO? :-o

  3. PR on all moves except sit ups I got the same. It was nice to have a goal on each move. 80 cal row, 111 lunge, 34 burpees, 58 snatches, 75 sit up, 21 pull up.

  4. 50 cal row, 98 lunges w/ 20lb vest, 30 BJ (step up + 5 jumping jacks), 37 snatches(8lbs), 42 sit up, 14 pull up (2wide bides). Legs a bit shaky and only 30 minutes have passed....

  5. Rode bike instead of row - 346 jump row instead of lunges - 27 box jump (step up + 5 jumping jacks) - 45 15lb snatches - 41 ghd sit ups - 19 pull ups - That one was hard!

  6. 81 cal row, I knew I did something wrong on the walk lunge cause I got 132, forgot to wear the vest, 33 burpees, 60 snatches, 80 sit ups, 22 pull ups. PR on row, snatches, sit ups and pull ups. Good day to push ourselves!

  7. 59 cal row - 360 jump ropes - 25 box step up + 5 jumping jacks - 50 15lb snatches - 41 ghd sit ups - 19 pull ups but with smallest band! Always a hard one!

  13. PR on everything except BJ burpees. Kendra and I did row, lunge, snatch, burpees, pullup, sit up. Chelsea and Dawn did lunge,row, burpees, snatch, sit up, pull up. I did same weight. 82, 115, 31, 62,83,23. Fun!!

  14. 72 row, 103 lunge, 24 burpees, 59 snatch...i did 12 lb for that and probably could've done more, 65 situp, 14 pull up with rings
