  4. Don't know my time. It was well over 30 min though...33 or 34?
    Did 46 triceps (15 lb) / biceps (30lb-bar w/red tips) instead of ropes
    15 lb plank
    20 lb snatches
    12 lb sit ups

    Trying to work out whether to use lighter weight w/ so many reps or use heavier weight and really struggle. Used heavier weight today and had a hard time finishing most of the exercises.
