  1. LA and I started with WO (1). 15lb tricep. 9:37. (3) DU, 50lb presses, only got 20 TTB. (2)60lb bk squat, 25lb snatch 9:16

  2. WO 1 - short by 15 triceps (15lb). WO 3 - 8:48, 33lb press, 300 single jumprope. WO 2 - 9:55, 20 lb snatches and 50lb back squat.

  3. Started with WO 3. 9:34 Did 12 50lb push presses, 20 of 33lb and 5 of 43lbs. 9:08 WO 2 next. 10@70lb squats & 15@60lbs. Didn't finish WO 1. Needed 2 additional triceps kickbacks.
