40 squats
50 sit ups
rest 3 min

It is suppose to be-
Barbara
20 Pullups
30 Pushups
40 Situps
50 Squats
3 min rest between each of 5 rounds

  1. We all scaled it. I think next time we could do 15 push ups or only do 2 minute rest. My over all time was 35:38.
    4:13, 4:39, 4:56, 5:10, 4:45. I would like to try this again and beat my rounds, pull ups got tough.

  3. 37:07 overall, 5:03, 5:09, 5:03, 5:26, 4:26 (that one seems really off, but I swear I counted right!). Did ring pull ups. Probably could have done more push ups and rested a little less (although we all needed the 3 min to figure out our times!)
