I did 8 full rounds, 80 cal row . started with row, pull up, tri, squat. Beth did the same sequence as I did.
Victoria: 2 sets:50 step ups, 40 BW (replace rope) 30 PP w/30; 30 w/45(correct?) 40 snatch with 15lb
7 rounds + pullups, tris, squats. 44 cal row. started with pullups. 15lb tris
2 rounds: 50 Bj, 100m run w/12lb weight, 40 WB 14lb, 100m run, 30PP 33lb, 100m run, 40 snatch 15 lb. 31:20
Finished 7 roundsStarted w/pull-ups, used all of the bands15 lb triceps56 calories on the rower (8 each time)
