Kind of like a triathlon
1 mile run
1 mile bike
1 mile row
300 body weight moves

Most of us did this-
3 rounds
20 WB
20 pull up
20 push up or burpee
40 sit ups - tried butterfly sit ups for the first time

  1. 37:56. started with row, ran 400m, one round of reps, ran, 1 mile bike, ran, reps, ran, reps. I may have forgot a run... I did burpees. I like the new sit ups.

  2. 40:04 - started with row, then ran mile. 1 round of reps - then mile back ride - last 2 rounds of reps. Did burpees. Good one chelle!

    Ran the mile, ring pull ups, push ups instead of burpees. This was hard! Proud of myself for finishing.
