50 sit ups
15 bicep curls
20 goblet squats
15 tricep extensions
20 good mornings

  1. Beth and I made this one up together. We didn't time ourselves.
    30/33 lb bicep curls (had to switch it up. 33 lbs was heavy)
    25 lb goblet squats (could probably do 30 lbs w/ a low # of reps)
    15 lb tricep
    14/20 lb good mornings (could do all 20 lb next time, I think)
