  1. 28:56. Did 2 Rounds of push ups and it didn't feel right so I switched to 5 dead hang pull ups each round. Did 25 wb sit ups instead of squat kicks- legs were sore from the other day.

  2. 28:45 Did a mix of sit-ups, planks, and bicycle. Did first 5 round of push-ups on toes and the last two on knees.
