December ab challenge starts today!
5,000 core reps completed by Dec 31. Do you want abs like the fittest woman in the world?

  1. I just timed myself to see how many sit ups I could do in a minute and it was 40 so lets count 40 reps for a minute plank. I also think we should give ourselves 50 points for every CF wo we do whether it includes abs or not because really every move we do in CF is a core move.
    Example if the wo was
    5 rounds
    50 sit ups
    25 TTB
    25 KTE
    1 min plank
    Your total reps for this wo would be 700 reps plus 50 reps for doing the WO
    Do you guys agree?

    2. I agree that we should give some credit for the workouts. I'm not sure yet if I'll record it like Dawn is doing or just count it no matter what.

      50,40,30,20,10
      sit ups, heels to the heavens and mason twists
      Dang that is 150 of each, 450 moves. Thanks Chelsea

  4. Those doing the ab challenge you should be at about 2500 tomorrow to stay on track. If you did the ab wo today #1 got you 575 reps and #2 got you 500 reps!!
