  3. 35:35. Not easy, sneaks up on you. Rowed all rounds except biked one, did 25# KB and GOB squat. Did all pull-ups with 2 bands.

  4. 34:40. Rowed all rounds; two-band pull-ups; 15lb triceps, and 20lb Goblet squats.

  5. I tried to row and bike equally and I did 25lb for kb and goblet. Three bands on the pull-ups. I think it was around 37 minutes for me. Feeling quite sore in the upper body and back.
