  1. 28:07 Emily and I did this one but subbed a couple of moves because I had just done "Leg Day". Burpees instead of back squats and bicep/ triceps curls instead of push presses. It's not really the same WO, but it was HARD.

    First day back after a 6 wk hiatus. Yikes!
    30 lb KB, 45 lb back squat, 33 lb push press, 12 lb weighted sit ups (used the ball against my chest. Holding a weight over my head was too hard on my arms)
