    I'm not sure if this is the posting for the workout I did this day, but I couldn't find anything similar to it anywhere else on the blog. Alicia and I did 8 rounds of 400 m run, 400 m ski, 1000 m bike. We did not take breaks in between rounds. It took me 65:46 to get it done. Ugh.
