  1. 20:46. Amy and I did this one! It was good. I didn't do the jumping lunges cause they tweak my knees. I did wall ball sit ups. Is that what they are called? I ran 4 200s for extra credit!!

  2. 23:54 - 25lb sumo and gob squats (instead of lunges). 33lb pp, 30lb good mornings, inverted burpees! 200 row in between reps.

  3. 23:19-did this with Dawn! 25# sumos, 33# push press, did 30# GMs instead of back extensions. Did 4 rounds of rowing in between.
