23:54 - 25lb sumo and gob squats (instead of lunges). 33lb pp, 30lb good mornings, inverted burpees! 200 row in between reps.
23:19-did this with Dawn! 25# sumos, 33# push press, did 30# GMs instead of back extensions. Did 4 rounds of rowing in between.
