  1. How can such a short wo be so hard. You try and do as many of the reps in 4 min as you can, I never finished the 12 reps on any of them.
    1- 15, 12 thrusters, sit up & 6 pull up
    2- 15 + 12 WB and 4 burpees
    3- 15 + 12 GS and TTB

    1- 15 +12 thrusters, sit up & pull ups (no 9)
    2- 15 + 12 WB, burpees, Press (no 9)
    3- 15 + 12 + 9 GS, 9 KB + 3KTE

  3. Dawn - OMG! Tough! Used 35lb GS and 30lb KB.
    1- 15, 12 thrusters
    2- 15 + 12 WB and 4 burpees
    3- 15 + 12 GS and 6 TTB
