How can such a short wo be so hard. You try and do as many of the reps in 4 min as you can, I never finished the 12 reps on any of them. 1- 15, 12 thrusters, sit up & 6 pull up2- 15 + 12 WB and 4 burpees3- 15 + 12 GS and TTB
