  1. 10 + ski and 3 thrusters. I did cardio, thrusters, rope, TTB. 55lb thrusters. I rowed, bike, ski. I may have only done 9 full rounds....

  2. Only did 20 minutes because I had to get to work. Got 6 rounds with 50lb thrusters and 1 extra ski. Rowed 2x, skied 5x.

  3. Completed 8 rounds + Bike (257m). I did 30lb thrusters and two red bands for pull-ups. TTB (or in my case KTE) are still a bitch! Skied 2x, Rowed 3x, Biked 3.5x. Good workout!
