Team of 3 - complete 1320 reps (each person performs 40 reps of each move)

all 3 of you perform the move at the same time. If one person is faster they can help you with your reps.

  1. Nancy, Amy and I did it together, really fun. I did 55lb PP. We each did 13 reps of the 25lb slamball and the rest of the reps 20lb. 35lb KB

  2. I did 33# PP, 25#KB, 12#WB, triceps KB w/ 20# instead of pull ups (sore from previous pull-ups), elevated box step-ups, 1/2 TTB and 1/2 KTE, 30#GM. My friends helped me finish reps on rowing, biking, TTB. Very fun!

  3. Jules and Jenn agreed to team with me - very nice of you ladies! I did 24# PP, 12# WB, 15#KB, 2 Red Bands Pull ups, 20KTE & 10Mat Leg lifts, box step ups. J&J helped me with KTE, rowing (5 cal) and biking (5 cal)...I think these numbers are right...
