  1. that was a long one! 47:35. I wore the 20lb weight vest and did 5 rounds of 50 WL. Alecia thought it was 3500 calories of cardio when we first started, OMG!! ;)

  2. 41:30. I had some math issues in calories vs meters in the beginning ;). Started with 50 Cal Ski (which we said was 1000m), then 3600 on bike (in 2 segments) (1600m), then 800 row which only put me at 3440 instead of 3500. Did (both vests, not sure of weights?) five rounds of 50 walking lunges, and my 400 consisted of 3 1min planks, 1 min superman, mountain climbers and 70 good mornings.
