19:52- started with the top wo first.
17:22 did top wo first - used 6# WB throws to 10ft. Box jumps and burpees.
18.20 ~ started with bottom wo, biked all rounds, rings on heels, burpees
19:02. Did the bottom 1/2 first, burpees, pull-ups w/ two bands, step ups with the riser. 12# WB.
18:02 started on bottom half. 2 bands for pull ups, 14# wall ball, step ups and burpees.
22:30 Did the top WO first. 8 rope climbs, 14#WB, did 21 ski, 15 and 9 bike. Was feeling very tired, probably sick.
