you do a total of 8 ropes or 40 burpees

  4. 19:02. Did the bottom 1/2 first, burpees, pull-ups w/ two bands, step ups with the riser. 12# WB.

  6. 22:30 Did the top WO first. 8 rope climbs, 14#WB, did 21 ski, 15 and 9 bike. Was feeling very tired, probably sick.
