26:45 ran both 800m, 33# press, pu’s with One band, 20# tris. Can’t believe I beat my time but maybe I’m faster running than rowing. Also, 15 cal ski was replaced with row since other group using ski - that could account for time too.
29:27. Rowed both, 20# TKB, 45# press (how did I do 50 last time??), pull ups with only one Blue band, used my legs less in press but still not perfect. Still a fun all over wo!
