    20lb tri kb, 50lb press, pullups w/ 4 bands for 15 then 5 for 15

  2. 29:06 Tried so hard to beat Nancy! Ha! Rowed both, 20# kb 33lb press (shoulder getting stronger) pull-ups with 2 bands. Didn’t notice how many squats there are until I started. Damn.

    1. 26:45 ran both 800m, 33# press, pu’s with One band, 20# tris. Can’t believe I beat my time but maybe I’m faster running than rowing. Also, 15 cal ski was replaced with row since other group using ski - that could account for time too.

  3. 31:20 N & L kicked out butt!! Bikes 2k first cardio and rowed 800 2nd cardio. 20lb trikb, 50lb press. Lots of squats!!

  8. 29:27. Rowed both, 20# TKB, 45# press (how did I do 50 last time??), pull ups with only one Blue band, used my legs less in press but still not perfect. Still a fun all over wo!

  10. 29:19 or 29:16 can't remember. I was SUPER sore for so many days!! Did 45lb presses. Push pressed the last 5.
    I think I biked and rowed.
