  2. 26:08 - ran all. 24lb thrusters. did 12lb weighted sit ups instead of wb sit ups. Lots of thrusters!!

  3. 25:30, rowed all rounds. Did WB sit-ups, and only 33# on the thrusters unfortunately. If we did less reps I would try to go heaver.
