  2. Thank you for writing that one, Chelle! I think my time (timer stopped at 5 min) was around 43 minutes. The TTB were killer and did pull-ups with two orange bands.

  3. Happy birthday Alecia! I didn't finish because I had to leave for a doctor's apt, but I would have been over 45 minutes. Rowed all calories, jump roped for 3.5 minutes, did 3.5 minutes of plank and side plank at home. Stephanie was my partner! Fun but hard!
