50 ft RT arm dumbbell overhead- lunge to cook
50 ft LFT arm dumbbell overhead - lunge back to the garage
32:10. I am so sore from the Amy's bday workout, I know this is probably a pretty bad time and I can easily beat it. It was still fun! Don't be fooled by the walking lunges- they were like 200! I used a 15# DB, did GHD instead of TTB, and didn't do weight on the steps as I was way too sore from thrusters/WB's ; )
