50 Double unders (150 singles)
Chelle- my last PR 3/14 was 40:51 somehow today I got 29:56. The only thing I can think of is I did step ups instead of jumps on the box jumps...

Jennifer-33:04 - did 40 6lb WB's the rest 12lb only because she did a million WB's yesterday, 25 lb KB, 24lb PP

Dawn did this one today on her own :-) 28:32. Looking at the times you killed it!! She did the 14lb wall ball (there is no turning back :-), 3 TTB and the rest on your bk ttb, single jump rope, 35lb PP which is actually RX'd for girls. 25lb KB
ReplyDelete32:40 This time. Did 35 lb KBs and 35 lb push presses. Did 50 KTEs in a row. Yah! Also did a few double unders. The rest were regular.

DeleteLuckily the girls didn't know what was coming! Great Monday morning workout! After coming off a week of being sick I got a PR. This time I did jumps instead of step ups. Not sure what lb I've done on PP but the woman's RX is 33lbs and that is what I did this time. 29:34
