  4. Getting stronger! 251 reps today. 14 lb wall ball and 30 lb sumo. Next time I'm gonna try 35 lb sumo. Was fast, but fun!

  5. We did "Championship bout" today- 5 rounds. OMG!! My 3 round score was 248 and 5 rounds was 389. 55 lb PP and 45lb Sumo. Very hard.

  6. Words such as “brutal” or “savage”—and assorted others—come to mind when describing just how taxing this workout is. Penn, when quizzed on how it compared to an actual bout in the cage, commented that it was akin to a fight gone bad. The rest, as they say, is history.

  7. This time Dawn and I looked at how many reps we needed to complete each round in order to get a PR. That really helped me to push myself. By the 3rd round my reps went way down from the first round. 97, 89, 82. This is only a 15 min wo but it is a sprint. My score was 268, dang it! 45 sumo, 55 lb PP. I don't know if I could go any harder.

  10. PR 272, almost died. Same weight. Started with WB. 100,89, 83. It helps so much to see what number you need to beat each round.

    started with row, 14#wb, 35#sumo, tried 50# push press but noooo, not good today. Went to 45. no box jumps, did curtsy squats instead

    Started with rowing (averaged 10 calories per round), 24lb push press (ouch that hurt in round one when I drove the bar up and hit under my chin); 15lb sumo, 12lb WB, step-ups.

    Did box jump burpees because Chelle INSISTED they were part of the workout. Then she realized they weren't.

  21. 257 (87, 87, 83) which was a PR. Row, WB (12#), sumo (30#—up from last time), box step-ups with riser, PP 33#. So painful.
