LA- 34:00. She said 3 weeks ago there would be no way she could do 200 sit ups in a WO :-)

29:20 - ran 400m all rounds (no bike), butterfly sit ups - dumb shoulder again!
33:22Ran 400m instead of 2 min on bikeOnly did 10 leg lifts on each leg. Didn't realize it was supposed to be 20 on each, not 20 total. Liked this one!
