Partner Wo
Teams of 2 have to complete the total reps of each move.
150 wall ball
100 walking lunges with lb
80 cal row
80 burpees
60 bicep curls
60 thrusters
40 sumos
40 snatches
20 amove you need to work on
Dawn did KTE, rest of us did pull ups
20 push ups

  2. Um, well. I am looking at the photo I took of my WO and my time and just noticed that it said 2 ROUNDS at the top. Eh hem, oops - I only did one. No wonder I thought it was fairly easy :) But, I did do 3 sets of bicep curls, shoulders and sat against the wall when I was done...

    My shoulder is totally messed up. I am afraid to go to the doctor because I don't want the bad news. Damn it.
