Kim came today and I wanted her to do what we did yesterday so I did the same concept but changed the moves. I think I could of pushed harder on the row. 190 sit ups, 75 cal on the rower. Really sore from yesterday.
We just did this one today as posted, so much harder than I thought it was going to be. Wowza.
