  1. This was really hard, 17 rounds of anything is grinding! We worked out with the guys so we suffered through Tool instead of Brittany.
    I did the moves listed first and LA did the moves listed 2nd.
    Chelle- 29:08. I did about 1/2 of the OHS with 35 lbs and 1/2 with 45lb bar. Wanted to make sure I kept good form. All three of those arm moves were over head, what was I thinking. Took a few minute break before I did the rope climbs.

  2. LA - Ok that was really tough! 17 rounds stinks! 28:48 - 10 steps, 15 lb free weights for bicep curls - 30lb bar back squat and GHD! ouch
