25 butterfly sit ups
25 lb sit ups or Bk EX
25 wb sit ups
13 each side crunches (that Dawn showed us a new move)

    Did the 1st 2 rounds of butterfly sit ups w/12 lb ball. That was madness. Used 12 lb ball for weighted sit ups. Had a hard time holding the ball in the right place for the last set or two.
