  1. I started with the bike and originally I wrote 18 cal in the first minute which I did but then I was totally beat for the rest of the 8 minutes. I think next time we should just ride the bike for 5 or 8 minutes, record our cal and then try and beat that.

    Rowed instead of biked so Chelle and I could go at the same time. Rowed a total of 85 cal in 8 min. I think the original wo was 10 reps of each? Couldn't finish those in a minute, so alternated what I started with each time to even things out.
