calf raises w weight
PP
goblet squat
tricep kick back

While your partner performs the move you row or bike until they are done and then switch

  1. Chelsea and I were last to finish :-) 25lb dumb bells in each hand for calf raises, 50 lb PP, 35lb KB and squat. 15 lb tricep KB, half way down on the GHD macjine holding a 10lb plate. Fun!! It was super snowy and cold but we did it!

    Did GHDs, 30 lb kb, 2 20 lb weights for calves, 30 lb pp, 25 lb goblet, 15 lb tricep, 2 rounds on the bike, the rest rowing.

  3. Partnered with Victoria: did 10 KTE and 30 GHD with 10 # plate, 20# KB, 15 # tricepts KB, 25 # each hand for calf raises, 33# PP, good goodmornings instead of goblet squats with 20 # ball.--I think:)
