Chelsea and I were last to finish :-) 25lb dumb bells in each hand for calf raises, 50 lb PP, 35lb KB and squat. 15 lb tricep KB, half way down on the GHD macjine holding a 10lb plate. Fun!! It was super snowy and cold but we did it!
Partnered with Victoria: did 10 KTE and 30 GHD with 10 # plate, 20# KB, 15 # tricepts KB, 25 # each hand for calf raises, 33# PP, good goodmornings instead of goblet squats with 20 # ball.--I think:)
