Kendra's birthday workout!!
41 lb bar- grab the bar a do a lifting move for one minute (overhead squat, press,etc)
41 cal bike- do it once and record your time and then do it again and try to beat your time.
41 cal row- do it once and record your time and then do it again and try to beat your time.
Partner workouts-
41- Grab a wall ball partner with the ball squats and then throws the ball to your partner, partner that threw the ball does a burpee while partner with the ball squats.
41- plank touch. Face each other plank to elbows, come up and slap your partners hand.
41- mason twist throw. Hold the 12lb ball, mason twist with the ball and then throw it to your partner.
row 1- 2:59, row 2- 2:56. Bike 1 and 2 3:19. Presses with the 41lb bar. Dawn was my partner, burpees were hard but bike was the hardest today! Chelsea beat all of us on the rower! I think we have a new Dragon boat racer!!

Happy Birthday Kendra! Row 1-4:33, Row 2-4:33. Bike 1 - 6:35 (1 arm most of time-very hard!). 41lb back squats (not very many) Beth was my partner!

I thought the mason twist throws were hardest. Bike was a cinch. Probably because my time was pathetic. 5:14! Row 3:50? And row2 3:04.
