1 hour of cardio

We decide to split it up in 15 min increments so it wasn't so horrible. (It was still horrible)
We rode 15 min on the bike and 15 min on the rower. I decided we needed to make it more exciting so I recorder our distance on each machine. We repeated the 15min on the bike and 15 min on the rower and you had to beat your distance from the first time. We opened the garage and people watched to make it a little more exciting.

This weeks schedule- Gym is open all week

I am thinking I would like to do a hour of cardio one day, not sure when, anyone else interested, switch off on the machines?

I would really like to do a "thank you", workout. I am going to try and do that this week if I can find a day most of you will be here. Everyone was so awesome and helpful while Max was in the hospital. I think I owe everyone an extra special  A@@ whoopin workout :-)
