  4. 40:38, ski all rounds and held 10# at for GHD sit-ups. I was slow but I didn't think I could ski all rounds!

  5. I forgot to check my time so I am estimating about 37 min. I did 3 rounds. I did 10# weighted sit ups. TTB on the floor and for the 50 sit ups I did 1/2 with 10# and 1/2 with 5#. I also added 3 rounds of Good mornings w/ the 14# ball.

  8. 29:21 (3 rounds) I rowed; 20 OHSU with 10# for GHD; 15 TTB on floor; 50 Sit ups = R1 OHSU w/15#; R2 & R3 25 w/10# + 25 20# KB

    Came home and walked 3 miles in neighborhood.

  10. 37:09. Improved over last time. 10# GHD (but mostly held it on my stomach) and the TTB were really toes towards elbows.
