  2. Did 5 rounds in 10:10. Used 65 lbs for first round. 55 for the rest, broke a jump rope. Did 2 additional rounds no timer. Thought I'd breeze through this WO. Boy was I wrong. I'm not sure I ever want to do all 10 rounds.

  4. 29:54 I don't say this very often but I did not like this wo. In the attempt to not get so sore I went down in weight, I cant do another week where I cant walk normal or sit down on the toilet. I did 50lb thrusters and DU's but my legs are already wobbly. I looked back and LA said it was fun, I need to get you doing DU's ;-)
