  1. 29:34. I did 20 # slam balls, split the 40 pull-up into (10 pull-ups, 10 push-ups, 10 pull-ups, 10 push-ups)--used two bands for pull-ups, 20 # TC KB, 30 # GM, and rowed both rounds. Good all over tired!

  3. 33:45 (I think). I changed-up and significantly split-up this workout to get through it. Here's what I did: 20 - 20lb slam balls; 20 step ups, 20 push-ups, 20 pull-ups, 40 GM (only 12lbs - could go up); 40 triceps (15lbs); 20 cal row and 20 cal bike. 2 Rounds of the above. Good overall workout!!! Thanks Chelle (and Craig too)!

  5. 28:50- got a bloody nose during the GHD's so that slowed me down a bit. 40 pull ups in a row is really hard. I am liking slam balls.

    Did 20 pull ups and 20 push ups. Biked first 40 cal and rowed second 40 cal. Hard!!
