20:48. Abs really sore from yesterday so I did 25 bk ext. biked 1k x3 and ski x2
weird my time was 26:37 this time... I did 15lb over head sit ups and ski'd all 5 rounds.
23:45 12lb sit-ups, 3 row, 2 bike, assisted pull-ups
26:28: 20# sit-ups, pull-ups with 2 bands, rowed all.
