19:12. Used 55lbs on back squats. Could have gone higher. Did walking lunges with 12 lb ball overhead instead of jumping lunges. Hard! Thanks for pushing me Amy!

ReplyDelete19:50. Did this with Dawn and she is hard to keep up with! Did 43# BK squats, 25# GS, and held a 12# ball over head for jumping lunges.
ReplyDelete19:55. Just used 45 lb bar for back squats bc we had to pick it up from the ground. 25lb goblet squat. Walking lunges but no without any extra weight
