  2. 34:43 did 1k row, 750 row, 1250 Bike, did abs in between sets of 1 min plank, 6lb WB, and box step ups with riser. Good all over body wo.

  4. 38:35. I couldn't get out of doing BOTH SB's and WB's as hard as I tried. I rowed 1k and 750 then skied the last 500. Did 50 sit-ups and 2 one min planks for abs. 20lb slam ball and did step ups no riser.

    1. I feel like I didn't do both WBs and SBs. I can't imagine my time was this good (either Dec 24 or 31) by doing both. I may have only done the slam balls. Cheater!
