  1. My secret santa got me knee highs so I wanted to rope climb so Nancy had the idea for me to do 5 rope climbs and they do wall balls, as many as they could. Fun!!
    Row, bike, ski, ski. I did BK Ext instead of tri KB, 15lb oh sit ups. 40- 45lb PP, 50, 50, 55. Great job Alisa and Nancy doing 55lb PP!!!

  2. 30:34, 15# lb sit-up, 45, 45, 50, 55 on PP, bike, row, bike, bike. 20# tricep kickbacks. 24 WB buy in. A good workout and can’t believe I could do Chelles weight on PP!
