  1. 26:16- I did this one with Amy, it was really hard, lots of cardio. Round 4 and 5 I did DU's. 45lb thrusters.

  2. 26:16. I did 33# thrusters, normal jump rope and Pull-ups with 2 bands. So out of breath!
