5 rounds + 120m. This was fun and just the right amount of time. I started with 20# DB for my snatches but then could hear Chelle's voice in my head telling me to go heavier so I went to 25#. I did step ups with riser, and rowed all 5 rounds and did ALL TTB!
6 rounds even! Rowed all. 15lb snatches and SU w/riser. We added the extra 5 min from another one Chelle had on the board + the cardio! Good one! Good job Alecia on your TTB!

ReplyDeleteNancy and I did this for 25 minuets, got 7 rounds even, rowed 4, skied 3, 20# snatch, step ups with the riser.

skied 4, biked 4, 25# snatch, box jumps and KTE w/o touching floor
25min- 8 round + 75m bike. 3 ski, 2 bike, 2 row, bike. cardio, BJ, snatch, TTB
ReplyDelete25 min this time. 7 rounds plus 214 meters. All 25# snatches, step up with riser, and biked 4 times, rowed 4 times (ended on row). ALL TTB!!
ReplyDelete25 minutes, got 8 rounds: 5 row, 3 ski, did 20# snatches, step up with riser and 8 GHD sit-up instead of TTB (hand healing).
