  1. It was hot today. Curious to see the difference when its cool in the garage.
    1st workout I got a total of 39 TTB

    2nd workout I did bike after burpees and got 91.7 calories

  2. The first workout I was finishing the calories right at 2 minutes do I got 4 GHD sit-ups total.

    The second workout I skied after burpees and got 66 calories total. So hard!
