  1. We did this one after the partner wo. I did lunge, cardio, tri, ring. 20lb lunge and tri kb. two rounds ski and two rounds bike. I got 3 rounds plus lunge, bike, 10 tri. One round I did pull ups instead of rings.

  2. Did after partner wo. 3 + 20 lunges. Ran all rounds. Did rings and 20# dB for lunges and kick backs.

  3. I did this after partner w/o and I did: rings, 20# TKB, 20# lunges, and bike. I think I did 3 rounds plus 5 ring pulls.
