  1. Chelle- my last time I have is after my shoulder injury and I did dead hangs so I don't think it is comparable. I finally this week feel like I am getting my pull up strength back after months of no pull ups. Chalk is really helping. 23:23 was my time.

  2. Kim- 22:05 I did 15 ring pulls instead of pull ups and used the 6 lb ball.

    When I feel my shoulder hurting I get nervous and am afraid to push myself. Need to get it checked out!

  5. OMG, Kim killed it!! I am so proud of you!! I would have hated to have someone listening to us scream and grunt but we got it done. Kim, last time you only did 15 ring pulls and 6 pound ball and you killed your time!! YAH!!!
    Chelle- I got a PR but it was really freakin hard! Last PR was 23:23 this time was 22:10. Thanks for pushing me Kim
